Within 72 hours of receiving the vehicle, we will thoroughly disassemble it and review the original appraisal to discover any additional damage to be repaired or parts to be replaced. Since hidden damage is common, this often results in a supplement that must be approved by the insurer. Once the insurer approves the additional work, we will order all required parts.
If we can productively begin work at that time we will do so. If not, we will wait until the parts arrive and inspect them for accuracy and fit. When we begin the repair, we will give you an update on the target completion date. Depending on the repair time needed, we will provide periodic updates during the process. Once the vehicle goes to our paint shop, we will again update the target completion date.
Once the vehicle is painted, reassembled, road-tested (if applicable), thoroughly inspected, and cleaned, we will contact you to schedule a pick-up time. Upon your arrival, we will go over the vehicle with you to review the completed repairs and make certain that you are 100% satisfied with its condition and appearance. At that time we will collect your deductible or any other payment that we have discussed, provide you with our written warranty, and send you on your way with our sincere thanks.
