KNOW YOUR RIGHTS

You have the absolute right to have your car repaired by the repair facility of your choice. Many insurance companies have pre-arrangements to send their policyholders to their “preferred” shops and may offer inducements to do so. However, you still have the option to say “no thanks” and to inform them that you would like another shop to do the work.

We work with all insurers and will make sure that you receive all the benefits you are entitled to under your policy, including rental reimbursement, and will guarantee that the repairs will be done correctly utilizing the best available parts and materials. If another party is at fault, we can work directly with either or both insurance companies to make sure that your interests are protected.   The insurance maze can often be confusing, but we do this every day, so we can manage this process for you. Remember, it’s always you choice to have us repair your vehicle, or not.
