Meet The Owners

Mark & Jenny Williamson
Owners Mark and Jenny Williamson grew up locally in York County, Virginia. The couple have two school-aged children. Being the parents of an autistic child, the Williamson's are very active in the fight for autism awareness supporting various causes for autism in the area.

Mark Williamson is a member of the Hampton Elks Lodge, enjoys racing and playing golf, and is an overall avid sports fan. Mark has over 25 years in the collision industry including three years working on the insurance side of the business. Those three years have given Mark a unique ability to help customers understand and settle their claims to the fullest extent of their policy.

Jenny Williamson is a volunteer at Child Development Resources serving as a member of the leadership council. She also serves on the Family Focus Ways and Means Committee, and is past president of the Exchange Club of York County. She has served on their board for four years. She is also involved with the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life.

Our Employees
At Harmon's, we consider our employees as our extended family - and they rely on us to run a great business. We don't accept anything less than their best effort. We keep score here, and we let our employees know it. We don't lose customers and we do that by making sure our employees treat each car we work on like it's their own.

Manager Joey Richard has more than 21 years of experience in our field, and others on our staff have as much as a quarter-century of working on cars and trucks.

  • Mercedes Benz Certified Collision Centers complete an extensive audit process and are committed to meeting the Mercedes standards for tools, equipment, facilities, repair work, and customer care. Certified Mercedes Benz technicians participate in ongoing training for diagnostics, tools, and equipment.
  • I-Car - The I-CAR curriculum is a series of individual, modular training programs offering in-depth coverage of both conventional and innovative collision repair technologies and processes..
  • Chief Frame Machine Training - Chief provides an extensive curriculum encompassing 10 separate courses on effectively utilizing the Chief Titan Frame Machine.
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) - The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) was established in 1972 to improve the quality of vehicle repair and service through the voluntary testing and certification of technicians and other automotive service professionals.
  • BASF Refinish Training - BASF provides continual certification training courses on working with their various auto paint refinishing products.
  • Harmon's Body Shop is a member of the Hampton Roads Auto Body Association, the Washington Metropolitan Auto Body Association, and The Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce.
AutocheX Customer Satisfaction Premiere Achievement Award - In 2007 Harmon's Body Shop was recognized as being among the top 4 percent of auto collision shops in the US for customer satisfaction. We have also been awarded Local Businessmen of the Year in the city of Hampton.
